What You’ll Be DoingYou will join our Manufacturing Engineering team, which provides the electronics production capability that underpins much of our cyber security business. You will work hands‑on with a wide variety of electronic products, gaining experience across the full product lifecycle – from prototyping and productionisation to full production, customer deployment and support. This is a technical and hands‑on role, working directly with hardware products that protect and maintain the security of the UK and its allies.

- Minimum of 96 UCAS points gained via STEM A‑Level qualifications or equivalent (e.g., BTEC)
- 5 GCSEs at grade A*–C / Level 4–9, including Mathematics, English and ICT
- Eligible for a Government Security Clearance
Many roles at BAE Systems are subject to both security and export control restrictions.
