Junior Quality Engineer

Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a young, ambitious engineer to be a part of a pioneering industry leader, with over 60 years of experience within regulated engineering environments.

If you're early in your quality career and want hands-on experience, ongoing development, and exposure across product, process and supplier quality, this could be a strong next step. The business has a lot going on, and the hiring manager is genuinely invested in developing junior talent.

Youll be part of a small team consisting of another Quality engineer and Head of Quality, where you will work closely with engineers and operational teams to ensure quality standards are met across the business.

Responsibilities will include:

• Support investigations and internal audits (ISO
  9001)
• Assist in root-cause analysis, non-conformance management and documentation
• Product inspections across manufacturing lifecycle
• Promoting a culture of quality and compliance across the business

• At least 1 years experience within an engineering/manufacturing business, ideally with exposure to a quality team/department
• A technical qualification in engineering, (degree, HND/HNC)
• Ambitious and driven personality, eager to learn and develop a career
• ISO
  9001 certification
• Exposure to lean and continuous improvement techniques
• Supplier quality experience
