Due to continued company growth, our client is seeking a motivated Water Treatment Equipment Engineer, who ideally has a strong mechanical skillet and background. You will be servicing and installing a wide variety of water treatment components and systems, including reverse osmosis, UV filtration and water softeners. Applicants must have a proven track record within the industry, and will be able to hit the ground running.

It would be beneficial to hold a background in electrical installations and / or mechanical fields, but this is not essential. Salaries on offer are competitive and benefits include overtime, company vehicle, pension scheme and annual leave allowance.

Experience / Qualifications
  • Proven experience working as a Water Treatment Equipment Engineer
  • Robust knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
  • It would be advantageous to have a background within Mechanical / Electrical fields
  • Adaptable to changing travel requirements
  • Hardworking attitude
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role
  • Installing new reverse osmosis, water softeners and UV filtration systems
  • Performing servicing and repairs on existing systems and components
  • Diagnosing system issues and making recommendations for remedial works
  • Producing quotations for proposed works
  • Ordering required materials, parts and tools
  • Providing clients with project updates and technical recommendations
  • Keeping accurate records of works undertaken
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
  • Travelling in line with client requirements
