We're currently working with a leading UK service provider who is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services team on a prestigious site based in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable days-only role within a professional FM environment.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical systems and associated building services plant.
- Electrical maintenance and fault finding
- PPMs and reactive repairs
- Emergency lighting and compliance checks
- Supporting wider building services maintenance
- Updating works via CAFM systems
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
- Qualified Electrical Engineer (Level 3 / 18th Edition preferred)
- Experience with in commercial building services or FM
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance ability
- Client-facing and professional attitude
- £42,000 salary
- Monday-Friday days role
- Stable, long-term contract
