• Design and deliverance of AV projects from conception through to completion.
• Take design briefs/concepts and convert them into an immersive experience reality.
• Attend design and coordination meetings to ensure that projects are running on time, within budget, to client specification, and a high‑quality standard.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers.
• Keep accurate documentation of any projects worked.

• Previous working experience as an AV Design Engineer or a similar role.
• Background within the AV sector or a related field.
• Ability to read and understand technical/CAD drawings and proficiency within AutoCAD, specifically 2D.
• Knowledge of BIM is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills.
