Surrey We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a Regional Contractor based in Surrey to work on a number of Network Rail projects.
Candidate Profile:
Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying Commercial Management Previous experience working for contractor side on rail projects
Excellent understanding of NEC forms of contract
Previous experience managing a team, although this is not essential.
Responsibilities:
Subcontract Payments CVR’s Report Writing Valuations Take-off’s Variations Claims Final Accounts This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company who specialise in Rail, Power, Signalling, Telecoms and Civil Engineering.
