Our client is recruiting for a reliable and enthusiastic Water Hygiene Engineer to cover local contracts, spanning commercial, healthcare and local authority premises. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and reputable outfit, who provide the full range of water hygiene, water treatment and legionella services across the UK. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a good level of technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines.

Experience /

Qualifications:

* Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer

* Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines

* Strong communication skills

* Must have experience working across a range of premises, including: commercial and healthcare

* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

* Professional manner

The Role:

* Conducting a range of water hygiene compliance duties

* Shower head descales

* Tank inspections, cleans and disinfections

* TMV servicing and failsafe checks

* Water sampling

* Temperature monitoring

* Basic flushing on outlets

* Updating logbooks

* Working to set project deadlines
