Description

An Events Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality events across our hospitality and manufacturing sectors, creating experiences that bring together industry leaders, customers and decision-makers. Taking ownership of a portfolio of conferences, awards, round tables and networking events, you'll help ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and contributes to the success of our brands and communities.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing a portfolio of events from initial planning through to on-site delivery and post-event completion
  • Creating and managing detailed project plans and critical paths to ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines
  • Managing event budgets, supplier relationships and venue sourcing to deliver commercially effective events
  • Coordinating event logistics, including speakers, entertainment, catering, audio-visual requirements and technical production
  • Building strong relationships with sponsors, venues, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless event experience
  • Leading on-site event delivery, troubleshooting issues and ensuring events are executed to a high standard
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to support audience engagement, event performance and brand objectives
What You'll Need
  • Experience managing events from planning through to delivery, ideally within a corporate, B2B or commercial events environment
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Confidence managing suppliers, venues and stakeholders, building positive relationships throughout the event lifecycle

    Experience managing budgets and understanding the commercial impact of event decisions
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to remain calm and adapt when plans change
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the business
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and attend events as required
