We’re hiring for a growing manufacturing business in Surrey that’s looking to add a reliable, detail-focused Accounts Assistant to their team. This is a broad, varied role supporting across the full finance function – ideal for someone keen to develop their skills in a collaborative setting.

• Raise and check sales orders in line with internal processes
• Send invoices and customer statements
• Process purchase invoices across group companies
• Verify supplier bank details and support query resolution
• Enter warehouse receipts and update stock records in the ERP system
• File and scan documentation accurately
• Monitor shared mailboxes and respond promptly
• Support wider finance team with day-to-day tasks
• Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives

• Experience in a finance team or strong interest in developing a finance career
• Methodical, organised, and confident working with numbers
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Previous exposure to Microsoft Business Central or Sage 50 (helpful but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
