Accounts Assistant - Billing

The Finance department at the RGS is looking for a full time Accounts Assistant - Billing to join their team. You will have a good attention to detail, a high degree of empathy and the assertiveness to ensure timely and effective collection of debts and customer payments.

• Maintain the Billing Ledger
• Prepare and issue termly bills to parents
• Arrange timely and effective collection of amounts due
• Liaise with parents and other third parties
• Manage Billing administration

• £28,000 - £31,000 per annum
• 28 days' holiday (plus bank holidays) to be taken during term time
