FP&A Manager

A private equity-backed, high-growth business is looking to hire an FP&A Manager to support the next phase of scale and value creation.

This is a high-impact role, working closely with the CFO, FP&A Director and senior leadership to drive planning, performance insight, and investor-grade reporting.

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles
• Deliver clear, insight-led reporting for senior leadership and investors
• Build and maintain robust three-statement financial models
• Support board packs and investor reporting, linking performance to key value drivers
• Drive scenario analysis to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives
• Own monthly performance reviews, ensuring alignment between numbers and narrative
• Partner with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve performance
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across FP&A processes

• Strong FP&A experience in a multi-entity, fast-paced environment
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Experience supporting board-level or investor reporting
• Commercial, confident and comfortable operating at pace
• Proactive, hands‑on, with a focus on value creation and delivery
