Whatwill the Finance Manager role involve?
- Providing strategic financial leadership, guiding financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and control procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations
- Partnering with the senior leadership team to drive operational efficiencies and identify revenue growth opportunities
- Leading and developing the finance team to maintain a high standard of performance and engagement
- Contributing insights to support decision-making and organisational strategy at both local and wider levels
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership within a complex environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrable success in managing budgets, reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
