Corporate Tax Advisory Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate tax compliance, advisory and accounting services to a range of clients from small start‑ups to major multinationals, predominantly within the real estate and construction sector.
• Work with and develop relationships with clients to advise on corporate tax planning and restructuring projects in the UK, as well as producing complex UK tax computations and returns.
• Proactively manage your own workload, communicating with managers, directors and partners on a regular basis to service their clients.
• Consider and highlight further opportunities to develop new work.

• Understanding and previous experience within UK corporate tax compliance.
• Some experience of providing corporate tax advisory and compliance services to primarily corporate groups, which may include partnership tax returns and non‑resident landlord income tax returns.
• Keenness to develop a career within the real estate profession.
• Ability to prepare proposals for new work, including researching target client companies and technical issues to identify new solutions.
• Ability to manage a small client portfolio.
• Ability to actively seek opportunities for selling new services to existing clients.
• Some experience of dealing with client senior management and key stakeholders.
• Degree level education, and CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
