Tax Manager

A great opportunity for a Tax Manager to join a leading accountancy firm in their office in Guildford, Surrey.

Are you interested in progressing your career in tax? In this role you will be joining one of the fastest and highly regarded accountancy firms in the area as part of their growing tax team. You will gain exposure to some interesting and varied case work and working closely with senior managers and partners, you will be encouraged to develop your technical knowledge and client facing skills.

Working mainly with OMBs, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mixed tax clients, ensuring that all compliance work is completed to deadline, and also being involved in planning and advisory work, and various ad-hoc projects.

• Solid personal tax compliance experience
• Knowledge and experience in corporate tax and some advisory work
• Confident liaising with clients and colleagues
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Currently working as a tax manager, or as a very experienced tax senior looking to step up
• Live within commuting distance of Guildford
