Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Senior Investment Administrator to join a successful and growing financial services team.

The Role

As a Senior Investment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth administration of client investment portfolios. Working closely with advisers, clients, providers, and internal teams, you will ensure transactions, reporting, and client servicing activities are handled efficiently and accurately.

You’ll bring strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering a first-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the administration of investment portfolios and client accounts

* Processing investment transactions, withdrawals, transfers, and portfolio changes

* Preparing client documentation, reports, and correspondence

* Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring data integrity

* Liaising with investment providers, platforms, and third parties

* Supporting Financial Advisers with client queries and servicing requirements

* Ensuring all processes comply with regulatory and internal procedures

* Monitoring workflows and proactively resolving any issues

* Assisting with client reviews, valuations, and investment reporting

* Building strong relationships with clients, advisers, and external providers

* Supporting and mentoring junior administrators where required

* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service

Experience and Skills Requirements

* Previous experience within investment administration, wealth management, financial services, or a similar environment

* Strong understanding of investment products, platforms, and financial processes

* Experience managing client accounts and investment transactions

* Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

* Professional written and verbal communication skills

* Confident liaising with clients, advisers, providers, and senior stakeholders

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and investment administration systems

* A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach

* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
