Cameron James Professional Recruitment is seeking a Mortgage Performance & Development Manager / Mortgage Trainer for coverage across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. The role combines coaching, onboarding and performance development to raise mortgage advice standards.
You will coach advisors, deliver onboarding, conduct observations and KPI reviews, and support continuous improvement. CeMAP is required and a proven mortgage advisory background will aid progression.
