Reconcile all bank accounts at least weekly
Perform all purchase ledger activities which includes entering supplier invoices/credits to the system, check theyre correctly coded, process them for payment in a timely manner. Coding to correct dept/fund.
Produce all sales invoices liaising with each department to ensure this is undertaken in a timely manner Apply BELOW
