Part Time Finance Manager

This reputable organisation based in Guildford are seeking a Part Time Finance Manager to join their team. You will be a joining a passionate business that continues to drive forwards and offers a very flexible role. Furthermore, this role will be offered on a hybrid working contract and you will be required to work 22 hours a week, ideally across 4 days.

In this role you will be managing 1 member of staff and will be reporting into the CEO. You will take full ownership of the finance function and your responsibilities will be:

• Lead the day-to-day finance function and provide financial leadership to the organisation.
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee payroll, pensions, cash flow management and financial controls.
• Support strategic planning through the provision of accurate financial insight and analysis.
• Review and improve financial systems, processes and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, governance standards and internal controls.
• Build effective relationships with senior leadership, trustees and non-finance stakeholders.
• Support and develop finance team members while fostering a collaborative working environment.
• Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations.

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Fully qualified/QBE candidates will be considered
• Experience in using Xero would be beneficial
• Ability to communicate at all levels
