Compliance & Administration Manager; FCA)

£55,000 to £65,000 – Fully Office-Based

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, commercially minded Compliance & Administration Manager with experience of FCA to take ownership of a varied and influential role within a growing organisation. You'll take ownership of FCA compliance, complaints and administration, leading a team, influencing senior stakeholders and driving improvements across this growing organisation.

• Overseeing FCA compliance, Consumer Duty and regulatory requirements.
• Managing customer complaints, including Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) cases.
• Monitoring compliance risks, policies and regulatory changes.
• Conducting compliance reviews and improving internal controls.
• Preparing compliance reports and advising senior management.
• Leading and supporting the administration team.
• Overseeing office operations, facilities and supplier relationships.
• Streamlining processes and supporting business growth.

You’ll have essential FCA compliance experience within financial services or lending, including complaints handling and FOS cases. Strong regulatory knowledge, team management skills and a confident, organised approach are key.
