Salon Stylist Manager

RUSH Hair & Beauty is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our dynamic team in Guildford town centre. As a Salon Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon and ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

Your responsibilities will include managing a team of talented hair stylists, front of house receptionists, and other salon staff, as well as ensuring that salon targets and budgets are met. You will be responsible for staff scheduling, training and development, client retention, running a column and maintaining a positive and professional salon environment.

• Manage and lead a team of hair stylists, receptionists, and other salon staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients.
• Monitor and achieve salon targets and budgets.
• Create staff schedules.
• Recruit, train, and develop salon staff with the support of the head office team.
• Maintain an organised and clean salon environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues with the support of out Customer Success Manager.

• Previous experience as a salon manager and stylist essential.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Knowledge of salon operational procedures and best practices.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry.
• Must be a team player and have a positive and professional attitude.
