Position: Supported Living Worker (Permanent)

Our client is a dedicated organisation that provides supported living services to adults with autistic spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, and communication needs. The Supported Living Worker role includes:

Working night waking shifts on a rota basis, 37 hours per week.
Supporting tenants who wake during the night, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Providing reassurance and guidance to tenants feeling anxious or frustrated.
Using positive behaviour support techniques (training provided).
Building trusting relationships to help tenants live independently.
