Providing strong, visible leadership to the care and office team Ensuring the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and striving for an Outstanding rating Overseeing recruitment, training, supervision, and retention of staff Building positive relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and professionals Managing quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement plans Driving sustainable growth, involving the team around you Ensuring person-centred care plans reflect individual needs, choices, and outcomes About you

You will be:

An experienced Domiciliary Care Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up Passionate about high-quality, person-centred home care Confident leading teams and managing regulatory requirements Values-driven, compassionate, and committed to continuous improvement Holding (or willing to work towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Join us If you’re looking for a role where you can lead with integrity, build something meaningful, and truly change lives, we’d love to hear from you.
