We are recruiting an experienced Care Team Leader (Nights) to join a luxury, family-run 35-bed residential and dementia care home set within three acres of beautiful Surrey countryside.

Occupying an elevated position, the home enjoys remarkable countryside views while remaining conveniently located just two miles from Guildford town centre, allowing residents to stay connected with community life.
The original building has been thoughtfully converted, retaining charming period features. Bedrooms are light, airy and en-suite, overlooking landscaped gardens and surrounding countryside. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms, supporting a genuine home-from-home environment.
As a Care Team Leader on nights (37.5 hours per week), you will oversee the smooth running of the shift and act as the senior point of contact throughout the night.
