Functional Assessor WCA Role
Location: Guildford
Salary: £40,500 rising to £42,500 + 5% Training Completion Bonus
Contract: Full-Time
Are you a qualified healthcare professional looking for a new challenge? Join our team as a Functional Assessor for the Work Capability Assessment (WCA) service. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a non-treatment setting, focusing on functional assessments that make a real difference.
What We Offer- Competitive starting salary of £40,500, increasing to £42,500 after probation
- 5% bonus upon successful completion of training

- Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals functional capability
- Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic
- Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
