As a Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Guildford, you'll build trusted relationships with clients and provide tailored support based on their individual needs. Duties may include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and helping with everyday routines.

• Support clients to live independently in their own homes
• Provide high-quality person-centred care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
• Help with mobility and everyday activities
• Prepare meals and support healthy hydration
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Complete shopping and other essential errands
• Monitor changes in wellbeing and report concerns
• Maintain clear and accurate care notes
• Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team

• Minimum 6 months of professional UK care experience
• A caring, kind and compassionate nature
• Good communication and people skills
• Confidence working independently within a client's home
• Experience supporting individuals with a range of care needs
• A reliable and professional approach
• Flexibility to travel for placements
• A commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience administering medication is desirable
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential
