Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Mental Health Nurse to join the Adult Eating Disorders Day Care Service based at Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford.
The post holder will join established outpatient and day care facilities for working age adults with moderate to severe eating disorders and co-existing mental health needs, delivering specialist intensive treatment and holistic support within the MDT.
