The Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join Hospice at Home, delivering compassionate care to patients in their own homes. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions with a salary of £26,182 - £28,800 per annum (WTE based on 37.5 hours).
You will provide high-quality patient and family centred care under supervision of qualified staff. You will work as part of a supportive team, carrying out delegated tasks and responding to palliative care
