What you'll do

  • Support clients with everyday living tasks
  • Provide person-centred care within their own homes
  • Assist with personal care and grooming
  • Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
  • Help with mobility and daily activities
  • Prepare meals and drinks
  • Administer medication safely and correctly
  • Carry out light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Support with shopping and other essential errands
  • Monitor clients' wellbeing and report concerns
  • Keep care notes up to date and accurate
  • Help clients live comfortably, safely and independently at home

  • Medication experience is desirable
  • Live-in care experience is beneficial but not required
