Bookings Team Leader

Bookings Team Leader Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital | Administration | Fixed Term | Full time | Up to £28,800 per annum, depending on experience 37.5 hours per week

As an Bookings Team Leader, you will:

• Ensure the work within the area of administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.
• Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
• Participate in the induction, training and mentoring of new staff.
• Ensure that work is carried out to deadlines and within agreed working practices and procedures.
• Assist with the co‑ordination, monitoring and use of staff resources across the location.

Our facilities include 49 en‑suite patient bedrooms, 4 operating theatres, acute dependency and oncology units. Our site is shared with an NHS Trust hospital, giving us access to their facilities.
