Salary: £28,000 £ 30,000 per annum
Hours: 08:00 17:30 (Early finish on Fridays!)
Location: Heathrow
Working Pattern: 5 days in the office

As a 360 Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including:

• Developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Managing bookings and filling vacancies efficiently
• Providing outstanding service to both clients and candidates
• Working closely with the branch team to hit objectives and exceed targets

This is a rewarding, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

• Previous recruitment experience (preferred but not essential if you've got the drive!)
