Senior HR Consultant (Culture & Talent)

Up to £50k (Pro rata for Pt Time or reduced hours)

Are you equally at home in a boardroom and a client workshop?
Do you combine real consultancy experience with deep expertise in culture, talent and organisational development?

We’re working with a fast-growing, people-centric consultancy seeking a Head of People, Culture & Talent to lead high-impact HR and culture projects across a diverse client base.

This is not a traditional HR role.
It’s commercial. Strategic. Client-facing. And hands-on.

The Role

You’ll lead and deliver culture, talent and organisational development projects both internally and across multiple clients. From shaping employer brands and talent strategies to designing L&D frameworks and employee engagement programmes — you’ll make meaningful change happen.

You’ll:

Lead end-to-end HR and culture transformation projects
Design and implement talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
Deliver employee engagement, performance and succession frameworks
Facilitate client workshops and senior leadership consultations
Scope projects, write proposals and manage timelines, budgets and risk logs
Act as trusted advisor to boards, founders and HR leaders
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships
This role blends consultancy, culture strategy, project leadership and commercial awareness.

About You

You should have:

A background in consultancy or outsourced HR environments
Strong experience in culture, talent acquisition and organisational development
Solid UK employment law knowledge
Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects
Exceptional stakeholder and influencing skills at senior level
Commercial awareness and the ability to scope and price projects
Confidence running workshops and advising leadership teams
You’re:

Solution-focused and pragmatic
Commercial but values-led
Professional, credible and authentic
Why Apply?

You’ll join a business that genuinely believes culture drives performance. You’ll have autonomy, visibility and the opportunity to influence at a senior level while delivering meaningful client impact.

You might want to work reduced hours  - 4 days per week, shorter hours Monday to Friday? Just let us know what your ideal is and we can see how we can accomodate.

If you’ve built your career in both consultancy and culture/talent — and want a role where you can truly shape organisations — we’d love to hear from you.
