£60,000 to £70,000 + Bonus + Company Car | Hybrid (2 days office)
A rapidly expanding UK leisure operator is hiring a Regional HR Business Partner to support one of the most exciting growth phases in the sector.
This is not a policy driven HR role. This is a true commercial partnering position where you will influence senior operational leaders, shape people strategy, and directly support the scaling of a multi site business.

- Leading complex employee relations with confidence and credibility
- Supporting high volume recruitment during expansion
- Driving consistency in HR practice across sites
- Contributing to succession planning and leadership development
- Ensuring the business remains legally robust and operationally effective
- Proven HR Business Partner or HR Manager experience
- Multi site background within hospitality, leisure, or retail
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Comfortable operating at pace in a growing business
- Visible, approachable, and relationship led
