Location: Ash Vale
The Kite Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional HR Manager to lead our HR Business Services Team, supporting around 300 colleagues across schools and central services, at an exciting stage of development.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the postholder will shape the people strategy, provide expert advice on employee relations, policy design and implementation, and drive high standards of service across the full employee lifecycle, 36 hours weekly, 52 weeks per year.
