Sussex Police is seeking 10 full-time coaches to support new recruits in the Force Command Centre (FCC). You will welcome recruits, guide them through an 8-week coaching programme, and help prepare them for their shifts on the rota.
Coaches may also support onboarding and recruitment activities, including Discovery events and interviewing, with ongoing focus on wellbeing and professional development.
