Reportingtothe Director of Operations ,youwillprovidehands-onHRleadershipduringaperiodoftransition,supportingasmallHRteamandensuringahigh-qualityserviceacrosstheorganisation.

Dutieswillinclude:

• Leading,coachingandsupportingtheHRteam.
• Advisingmanagersonemployeerelations,absence,conductandperformance.
• EnsuringHRpoliciesandprocessesremaincompliantandeffective.
• Supportingrecruitment,engagementandwellbeinginitiatives.
• UsingHRdatatosupportworkforcedecisions.
• Assistingwithpeopleprojectsandorganisationalchange.
• Supportingtheimplementationofthenewrecruitmentsystem.
• EnsuringasmoothhandovertothepermanentHRManager.
• Comingfroma Schoolbackgroundisabonus

Youwillbeanexperienced,approachableHRManagerwithstrongemployeerelationsandUKemploymentlawknowledge.

Previousteamleadershipexperienceisessential,witheducationorpublic-sectorexposureadvantageous.
