Reportingtothe Director of Operations ,youwillprovidehands onHRleadershipduringaperiodoftransition,managing asmallHRteamandensuringahigh-qualityserviceacrosstheorganisation.
Dutieswillinclude:
- Leading,coachingandsupportingtheHRteam.
- Advisingmanagersonemployeerelations,absence,conductandperformance.
- EnsuringHRpoliciesandprocessesremaincompliantandeffective.
- Supporting recruitment,engagementandwellbeinginitiatives.
- UsingHRdatatosupportworkforcedecisions.
- Assistingwithpeopleprojectsandorganisationalchange.
- Supportingtheimplementationofthenewrecruitmentsystem.
- Comingfroma Schoolbackgroundisabonus
Youwillbeanexperienced,approachableHRManagerwithstrongemployeerelationsandUKemploymentlawknowledge.
Previousteamleadershipexperienceisessential,witheducationorpublic-sectorexposureadvantageous.
CIPDmembershiporanequivalentHRqualificationwouldalsobebeneficial.
