Our client is a Microsoft ISV Partner with a global presence, providing a SaaS platform that helps organisations govern, optimise, and monitor Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Their platform currently supports over 3 million users across 180+ enterprise customers.
Following recent investment, they are expanding their technical team and are looking for a Cloud Support Specialist to join their Security/IT function. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cloud optimisation and modern workplace technologies within an international, remote-first team.
Responsibilities- Provide 1st level IT support to all staff
- Cloud administration across Office 365, Intune, Teams, Copilot, plus others
- Procurement, installation and configuration of hardware and software to company standards across desktops, laptops, Teams rooms, and mobile apps
- Supporting Windows 11 and Apple MacOS operating systems, staff mobile apps
- Create new users, groups, SharePoint/Teams sites and administrative tasks
- Responsibility for key processes that support our modern workplace environment e.g. Joiner/Mover/Leaver
- Support end users with Intune applications, policies and configurations
- Contribute to projects and improvements to modern workplace and general IT processes
- Work with automation technologies to build out services for teams
- Experience in supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud apps
- Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Have relevant professional industry qualifications
- Beneficial to have 2nd line end user and M365 support experience
- Exposure to advanced Intune configuration, Entra
ID, Defender (for Endpoint, or others), and user security tooling a plus - Ability to work from the office in Surrey 5 days per week (flexible working option available following probation, at line manager discretion)
- Ability to travel to UK locations as required and approved by your Line Management
- 1-2 years’ experience in Office 365, Windows and MacOS, Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive and Teams
- Disciplined and excellent team player who is proactive and takes the lead with new ideas and initiatives.
- Attention to detail, a willingness and aptitude for continual learning
- Have experience of any of the following:
Copilot and AI tooling administration (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude etc)
