The Role As the new IT Support Technician , you'll be the go-to person for first and second-line support across the business. Working closely with the Infrastructure Manager and in-house developers, you'll handle a wide range of technical challenges and support requests. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing expert remote and face-to-face support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals Installing and configuring new equipment Maintaining the printer fleet Supporting business-wide projects, deployments, and upgrades Offering general user assistance and technical advice Primarily Manchester-based with occasional travel to Liverpool About You You'll thrive in this role if you have:
At least 1 year in a similar IT support role Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 Knowledge of networks, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy, authentication systems, and hardware Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bonus qualifications: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365, AWS Cloud Practitioner Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK.
