2nd Line Service Desk Analyst

Technical Support Specialist | Guildford | Onsite Salary: £32k - £37k

I'm currently working with a well‑established professional services organisation that's looking to add an experienced Service Desk Analyst to their growing IT team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft support experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment with exposure to modern cloud technologies.

• Microsoft 365
• Intune
• Windows 10/11
• Azure / Entra
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Exchange Online
• Teams / SharePoint / One Drive
• ITSM platforms (Service Now, Halo, Fresh Service, etc.)

• Providing 1st & 2nd Line support
• Troubleshooting across Microsoft environments
• Supporting users in an ITIL‑driven environment
• Working closely with infrastructure teams and third parties
• Contributing to process improvements and documentation
• Acting as an escalation point where required

• Previous Service Desk / IT Support experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 support skills
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra  & Active Directory
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems

• Intune
• AVD / Azure exposure
• Power Shell
• HaloITSM
• Professional services or regulated environment experience
