Cloud Service Delivery Analyst - 6 Months - £565 per day inside IR35 - Hybrid - Portsmouth Area Office We are looking for a Cloud Service Delivery Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of cloud services in a fast-paced IT environment. This role plays a key part in a major transformation programme, helping evolve service delivery practices and supporting the transition to a new IT Operations partner.

Key Responsibilities Analyse cloud service usage and produce clear, tailored reports for stakeholders. Act as an escalation point for cloud incidents and support major incident management. Maintain ITIL-aligned processes and keep knowledge resources up to date. Drive service improvements and contribute to service review meetings. Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements and support service transitions. Skills & Experience Experience in IT service delivery, with a focus on cloud services and ITIL practices.

Background supporting business-critical systems in medium to large organisations. Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
