Instanda Project Manager

Required Skills and Experience

• 12+ years of total professional experience in project delivery, product implementation, or technology consulting, with strong exposure to insurance platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working on INSTANDA projects, including active involvement in platform configuration, implementation, enhancement, and rollout activities.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end INSTANDA implementations across one or more insurance product lines, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.

Strong hands-on expertise in INSTANDA configuration, including:

• Product setup and structure
• Question sets and journeys
• Rating tables and pricing logic
• Underwriting rules
• Document generation and templates
• Workflow and business rule configuration
• Portals and customer/broker journeys
• Solid understanding of insurance domain processes, such as quote, bind, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing workflows.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and configurable solutions within the INSTANDA platform.
