Our client, a highly regarded law firm with a top-ranked Commercial Property team recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their growing practice. The team advises a broad range of clients across multiple industry sectors on complex commercial real estate transactions and prides itself on delivering pragmatic, client-focused solutions.

You will manage a varied caseload of high-value commercial property matters, with a strong focus on landlord & tenant work, while building and maintaining lasting client relationships. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to team leadership, business development initiatives, and wider firm activities, with clear progression towards Partnership.

• Running your own complex commercial property caseload
• Acting as a trusted advisor to established and new clients
• Supporting team growth, collaboration, and mentoring
• Participating in marketing and business development

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant commercial property experience (circa 7+ PQE as a guide)
• Strong background in landlord & tenant matters
• Commercially minded, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach
• Interest in networking, profile-building, and business development
