- Lead and manage a small team of lawyers, overseeing their caseloads and providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
- Handle your own portfolio of high-quality matters including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence, property and construction disputes, and contentious probate.
- Advise and represent clients through litigation, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and client-focused service.
- Contribute to business development and strategic planning for the department.
- Play an integral role in the senior management of the firm, collaborating across departments to a strong reputation in the market.
- A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 10+ years' post-qualification experience in dispute resolution or litigation.
- A natural leader with a passion for developing and mentoring others.
- Proven experience managing a team or leading complex multi-party litigation.
- Commercially astute with excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.
- A confident communicator and strategic thinker who can handle complex matters with professionalism and clarity.
- Able to demonstrate a solid track record of delivering results and adding value to clients.
- Reputation: Long-established, Lexcel-accredited firm with a strong and loyal client base across Surrey and beyond.
