Associate Solicitor - Commercial Real Estate

Our client’s Commercial Real Estate department is seeking a 1–2 year PQE Associate to be based in its Guildford office. Although located in Guildford, the role will involve supporting the wider Commercial Real Estate team across multiple offices.

The team advises on a broad range of high-quality matters, typically including:

• Investment acquisitions
• Landlord and tenant work
• Mixed-use development projects

This position offers exposure to a stimulating and diverse caseload, alongside clear opportunities for career progression. The team handles notable projects and acts for an established client base, valuing lawyers who combine strong technical expertise with exceptional client care.

The firm operates a discretionary hybrid working policy, enabling employees to work remotely (or from another UK location) for up to 50% of their time. Additional flexible working arrangements may be requested either at the recruitment stage or during employment.

1–2 years’ PQE

Experience with in a Commercial Real Estate team preferred
