Principal Accountabilities:
The MP&L Analyst role is responsible for supporting Materials, Planning and Logistics activity through accurate data analysis, reporting and control of material status, stock accuracy, delivery performance and production readiness. Supporting the MP&L team by turning ERP, MRP, inventory and logistics data into clear actions, risks, reports and recommendations to help avoid production disruption and improve operational control.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all vendors have sufficient order coverage, and work with the supply base to ensure the continued flow of material to support the Production Plan.
• Maintain and analyse material, inventory, supplier delivery and logistics data across ERP, MRP, Excel and other business systems.
• Produce accurate MP&L reports covering stock accuracy, shortages, delivery status, inventory levels, order status, supplier performance and material availability.
• Support production readiness by identifying material risks, shortages, data gaps and supply constraints ahead of build.
• Monitor stock levels, delivery dates, open orders and material availability to support vehicle production.
