• Competitive annual salary of £50,600, with expected earnings between £54,000 and £58,000

• Respond promptly to roadside breakdown assistance requests within Guildford and Surrey region
• Diagnose and repair a diverse range of vehicles, from city cars to 4x4s and commercial vehicles, on‑site
• Work independently using a fully equipped company van
• Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues and implement effective repairs
• Communicate professionally with customers in distressing situations, offering reassurance and support
• As a Roadside Vehicle Technician maintain accurate records of work carried out and vehicle details
• Ensure safety procedures are adhered to at all times, and vehicle recovery is completed efficiently

• Qualified to at least IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues on a wide range of vehicles
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads methodically
• Friendly, calm, and charismatic personality to represent the company positively in customer interactions
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with shifts scheduled a week in advance
