Overview

Clean Team Member Guildford FWC | Cleaning | Permanent | Part time £27,248 pro-rata 15 hours per week. As the UK’s leading Healthcare Charity, we strive to maintain the highest standards of customer service. Maintaining cleanliness in our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs is a key part of this. As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, you will organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience.

You will use the latest cleaning equipment and benefit from a first-class training programme. You should have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will help when interacting with colleagues and customers.

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at the club
• Care about customers and take pride in your work
• Work in a way that supports a clean, safe and pleasant environment for customers
• Follow cleaning processes and stay organised with guidance from a Team Leader
• Use equipment safely, such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines and carpet cleaners
• Perform tasks across gym, changing rooms, showers and poolside areas, including waste removal and periodic deep cleaning

• Experience in a similar role is desirable
• Well organised with the ability to follow cleaning processes and maintain a clean, pleasant, and safe environment for customers
• Ability to use cleaning equipment safely (e.g., scrubber dryers, rotary machines and carpet cleaners)
• Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
