Technical Engineer

Provide on-site fault-finding and breakdown support for the manufacturer’s domestic boilers and hot-water products across the East Anglia region . You’ll also handle phone-line support on a rota and assist the sales team with occasional installer events and training sessions.

• Proven boiler fault-finding/breakdown experience (ideally 5+ years).
• Current ACS Core & Boiler tickets (CCN1, CENWAT).
• Full UK driving licence and residence within the region.
• Strong customer skills, good IT knowledge, and self-motivation.
• Desirable:
  Air-source heat-pump or F-Gas Cat 1 certification.

• Cover: the technical helpline (weekday and Saturday rota).
• Support:
• Monitor: and mentor local service agents, ensuring standards and stock levels.
• Deliver: product training to installers and agents (presentations & live demos). customer complaints quickly and cost-effectively.
• Contribute: ideas and feedback to the wider technical team.
