Cleaner, Maintenance Worker

Our client, a leading tier-one contractor in the water and construction sector, is seeking a Cleaner to join its team in Guildford on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to support facilities and site operations within a busy water industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintaining welfare facilities, site offices and designated work areas
Supporting a safe, tidy and well-presented construction site
Following site health and safety procedures at all times
Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
Reporting maintenance, safety or cleanliness issues to the appropriate site team

Job Requirements:

Experience in a cleaning, construction or site-based environment
Valid CSCS Card
Thames Water Passport, or willingness to obtain one with support
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Reliable, conscientious and able to work independently
Ability to work on-site in Guildford three days per week

Working Hours:

07:00 to 16:00, three days per week. This is a long-term contract for the right person.
