- Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 basic per annum (positioned at the top of the market based on specialist VAG experience) | Lucrative optional overtime available
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Guaranteed weekday schedule with STRICTLY ZERO WEEKENDS)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / VAG Specialist to join our premier independent workshop team in Guildford. You will perform specialized servicing, utilize factory online diagnostic platforms to isolate complex faults, carry out major drivetrain repairs, and support performance tuning projects across VAG group vehicles.
Requirements- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 (or time-served equivalent) with strong, proven experience on VAG group platforms (VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda)
- Full UK driving licence (essential for road testing) & own hand tools
- Active MOT Tester licence is preferred, but not required
- F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it)
- Superior diagnostic troubleshooting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for VAG engineering
- Base: Guildford (Clean, modern specialist facility with free secure on-site staff parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly off the A3 and A31, providing fast daily commutes across Surrey and Hampshire
- Public Transport: Excellent links via Guildford mainline station alongside local regional bus routes
